Urban Images offers two services. Our primary service is professional photography, both daylight and twilight, elevated and ground based. In addition to photography we also offer professionally drawn floor plans to complement our images.

PHOTOGRAPHY is the single most important aspect of a successful marketing campaign but not just any photography. The photos of your property must display it accurately, colours must be correct and the images need to appeal and inspire. FLOOR PLANS are an excellent way to qualify a buyer. If someone has seen the photos and the plan showing room dimensions and they still attend an open home, they must be a serious purchaser. This allows your agent to focus more time and energy into potential buyers rather than someone who just wanted to see the layout of the home. Floor plans also encourage buyers from out of town or interstate to more seriously consider your property, without floor plans you are not attracting all potential buyers.
